Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to unibabiez. unibabiez offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site (the “Services”) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

unibabiez is a registered small business based in the Netherlands and specializes in reworked vintage fashion and handmade clothing. Our website is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you in a secure and reliable manner.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, set out your rights and obligations when using or purchasing from our Services. They apply whether you are browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee your computer monitor's display will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

All our clothing items are reworked, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, and may contain small imperfections due to their handmade nature. We do not mass-produce and do not guarantee that any two pieces will be identical. Each item is described to the best of our ability.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items, the right of withdrawal (14-day return period) under EU law may not apply in accordance with Article 6:230p BW of the Dutch Civil Code.

unibabiez is not affiliated with any original brand whose products may be used in reworked clothing or accessories. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 5A – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Each unibabiez item is carefully crafted and thoroughly described to reflect its condition, fit, and unique characteristics. We strongly encourage you to review all product details and sizing information before completing your purchase. Exceptions (EU customers only):
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers residing within the European Union may be eligible to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, unless the item falls under exemptions such as:

• Customized or made-to-order goods;

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and were unsealed (e.g., certain accessories or intimate items).

Because most unibabiez pieces are custom-made, made-to-order, or altered specifically at the buyer’s request, these items typically fall under the EU exemption for customized goods and are not eligible for return under the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution where appropriate.

Return shipping:
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

Any unauthorized use, including the copying or commercial use of our clothing designs, reworked or handmade items, descriptions, or images, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
