Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Handmade Items and Custom Orders
All handmade items are made to order with care and intention, which means we’re unable to accept returns on these pieces. The same applies to any custom or personalized orders. We kindly ask you to review sizing and product details closely before placing your order.
Lingerie
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at unibabiez@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your item.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Any costs from unauthorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for added security.
