Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking details.

Please note: handmade items may take up to 3 weeks to process, if you need anything rush ordered please message us. Thank you for your patience while we craft your piece with care.

International orders

We ship internationally to all countries. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. We offer standard international shipping, as well as UPS Express options for some countries. Estimated delivery times are based on UPS guidelines and are not guaranteed by unibabiez. 

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. To avoid any issues, please make sure to pick up your order from customs or your delivery service, as unclaimed orders cannot be refunded.

 

Netherlands

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Your package will be delivered via a standard tracked service.

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@unibabiez.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.
